西塘Næra良壤酒店坐落于西塘东区核心，毗邻古镇，历时四年半于2019年8月建成。酒店以江南传统建筑为基底，融合当代艺术、茶道、花道与有机生态文化，打造4万平米的避世空间。核心4000平方米纳良庭水院串联164间客房及泳池、SPA、茶室等设施，营造静谧氛围，与古镇喧嚣互补。设计突破传统符号，以灰瓦白墙、青砖木料重构现代空间，打破物理与功能边界：室内外相互渗透，艺术展陈与酒店功能交织，宾客游走如入水墨长卷。面对政府风格限制与用地制约，团队创新实现传统材料演绎当代美学，水庭既承东方意境又具国际视野，成就地域性与现代性共生的文化地标。
Næra Hotel in Xitang is situated at the core of the eastern district, adjacent to the ancient town. After four and a half years of construction, it opened in August 2019. Rooted in Jiangnan traditional architecture, the hotel integrates contemporary art, tea ceremony, ikebana, and organic ecological culture to create a 40,000-square-meter retreat. Its central 4,000-square-meter Naliang Water Court connects 164 guest rooms with facilities including a swimming pool, spa, and tea house, forming a serene oasis that contrasts with the lively ancient town. Breaking from traditional motifs, the design reinterprets modern spaces through gray tiles, white walls, blue bricks, and timber, dissolving boundaries between indoor/outdoor areas and blending artistic displays with hospitality functions. Guests wander through spaces resembling an unfolding ink wash painting scroll. Overcoming governmental style restrictions and site limitations, the team innovatively transformed traditional materials into contemporary aesthetics. The water courtyard embodies both Eastern poeticism and international vision, establishing a cultural landmark where regional character and modernity coexist.
