华腾总部位于浙江桐乡洲泉镇，旨在嘈杂工业环境中打造静谧的山水园林办公空间。建筑以“内向的花园”为核心理念，通过前序空间的设计延长空间体验，采用红色陶土面砖外立面控制成本，室内则注重自然光与风的引入：南向"城市之窗"、东南"生态之窗"及屋顶天窗构建多层次景观视野，遮阳板与角度开窗实现光影律动。内部空间打破传统办公布局，通过错层标高模拟山水画意境，立柱结构强化空间张力。以2800元/㎡的极限造价，融合生态植物墙、防雨斜窗等创新细节，展现功能与美学的平衡。
Huaten Headquarters, located in Zhouquan Town, Tongxiang, Zhejiang, aims to create a serene landscape-inspired office space within a bustling industrial environment. Centered on the concept of an "Inward Garden," the architecture prolongs spatial experiences through sequenced entry spaces, employing cost-effective red terracotta façade tiles while prioritizing natural light and ventilation indoors: south-facing "urban windows," southeast "ecological windows," and rooftop skylights establish layered landscape vistas, with sunshades and angled fenestration creating rhythmic light interplay. Interior spaces subvert conventional office layouts through split-level elevations mimicking landscape painting aesthetics, while column structures amplify spatial tension. Achieving functional-aesthetic balance at an extreme construction cost of 2,800 yuan per square meter, innovative details like ecological plant walls and rain-proof angled windows demonstrate cost-conscious sophistication.
