下方桥城市书房以“微创手术”介入水街复兴。项目由图书馆、咖啡馆及镜面雨棚下的大台阶组成，拆除危房后新建无柱钢结构空间，利用2-7米夹缝打造通透阅读区。横向布局与挑空回廊结合镀铜铝板采光筒，营造“书中自有黄金屋”意境。大台阶打破建筑边界，成为居民休憩、观影的社区客厅；二层嵌入式座椅激发孩童探索欲。设计以新旧融合延续水街历史肌理，镜面不锈钢吊顶映射市井生活，成为兼具文化功能与社交活力的微更新典范。
Xiabianqiao City Study Room intervenes in Water Street's revitalization through "micro-renovation surgery." Comprising a library, café, and grand staircase beneath a mirrored canopy, the project replaced demolished hazardous structures with column-free steel spaces, transforming 2-7-meter gaps into transparent reading zones. Horizontal layouts and floating corridors integrate copper-plated aluminum light tubes, materializing the Chinese proverb "books contain golden houses." The staircase dissolves architectural boundaries to become a community hub for rest and outdoor screenings, while second-floor recessed seating sparks children's exploratory curiosity. Preserving Water Street's historical fabric through old-new fusion, mirrored stainless steel ceilings reflect neighborhood vitality below. This design emerges as a micro-renewal prototype blending cultural functions with social energy.
